Eric and Giselle Speer

Eric grew up in Oregon where he was a 3rd generation tree farmer. He learned the intricacies of working in a family business as well as the value of a hard day’s work. After studying Business Management in college, he went to work full time on the farm. After 10 years working in the family business, he chose to pursue a career in Digital Marketing in 2009. At that time digital marketing was still in its infancy. He began in sales and moved to Las Vegas in 2014 to open the company’s first satellite sales office. He quickly helped the company expand their reach into 30+ States and now the largest digital marketing agency in North America.

Giselle was born and raised up in Argentina where her father ran an import/export business. She later moved to Miami where she earned her degree in Business Administration. She followed in her father’s footsteps, joining one of the largest import/export companies for tires in Florida. She moved to Las Vegas in 2015 and started a successful Ecommerce business with her sister before becoming a Business Broker.


Being fluent in Spanish, Giselle hopes to help the large Hispanic population of business owners realize their dreams of buying or selling a business in Nevada.
